Favourite book of the month

It has to be “Golden Son” by Pierce Brown which is the third book in his Red Rising series. I absolutely LOVE the entire thing. It’s such a truly phenomenal read. The world building and character development is incredible. I could take and rave about this series for days and days. If you’re someone who is into sci-fi/fantasy, please give “Red Rising” a go!
Books bought/received this month
I went on a “little” charity shop trek and got quite a few books that I’ve been eager to read for a while, so that was nice. Also, my lovely boyfriend treated me to two amazing books as well! Overall, a great month book wise.

I think I have a mild problem when it comes to buying books… I genuinely can’t resist a good deal or pass by a charity shop. Can’t wait to read all of them (eventually)! For September, I’ll try to exert some self-control over buying books as I have so many unread ones on my bookshelves, they’re pilling up to the ceiling…
I can’t believe that summer is over! It went by so fast, and I definitely feel like I haven’t read enough haha. I hope that autumn brings new adventures, lots of reading, and positive change!
Have you read any of the books I’ve read/bought? What was your favourite book of the month? Let me know in the comments!
